Medicinal uses: Relieves cough and cold symptoms. Very useful for burns, rashes and minor skin problems.
Culinary uses: Add to dairy puddings and cheesecake, Jams, jellies, chutney, cordial and wine.
Magical properties: Protection, baby blessings, funerals, anti lightning. Branches often used in wands.
CAUTION: apart from the leaves and berries this plant is toxic. Do Not eat the berries raw as this can cause vomiting.
